Lines and shapes 1

Submitted by Broos on Thursday, 8 November 2007No Comment

Yesterday I had my second class of my photography course. Our exercise was to photograph lines and shapes (it sounds better in dutch ‘vlakken en lijnen’). Everyone had to present five photo’s and the class discussed which picture was best, i.e. had to choose the one with most impact. I was quite proud when it turned out that they could not choose between three of my pictures and decided to keep all three of them.

This is the one I personally like best. I really like the pattern and the ‘rhythm’ of the photo, though it might have been better if the pattern was interrupted by a colorful item.

I’ll show you the other pictures tomorrow and the day after.
